 Description

When entering a very large number as the destination coordinates for the tp command, the error message displayed is incorrect.

What I expected to happen was...:
The error message should give the limit for the coordinates

What actually happened was...:
The message "Format error: The number you have entered (%.2f) is too big, it must be at most (%.2f)"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a world with cheats enabled
2. Type, for example, /tp 32000000 60 32000000
3. See error message

Another issue is if you tp to a really high y coordinate you'll get kicked for "Illegal Stance" and be unable to enter the world again. Previously it was limited to 265.

Looks like it - I missed that when I searched for the bug.
