 Description

Started several new games today to see if problem would fix on new game, but it didn't. When I click Button 1 on my mouse, sometimes I can use my hand or tool, but about half the time, my game menu pops up instead. VERY FRUSTRATING. Do I have a setting wrong somewhere? Thanks

I'm rather curious, why do people play the game in the browser? It seems like a really horrible way of playing it.

Please please please do not use Internet Explorer to test issues!

Use either Chrome or Firefox. IE is simply a browser used to download a different browser and it already has tons of issues by itself/

Comment by Tails [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Forgot to mention the jittering bug is already reported in MC-2416.

Comment by k Kellogg [ 04/Jan/13 ]

ok, yes I see.  I did just update my Java before I started having the issue so that makes sense.  It seems that minecraft is now incompatible with the latest version of Java.

Comment by Anon Ymus [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Perhaps both browsers are screwy.

According to this thread http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1244887-using-a-tool-brings-up-my-menu/
it might be even a Java issue. Not a Minecraft issue anyways.

how can it be a browser issue it's the same for two different browsers?

Comment by Tails [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Resolving then, seems to be rather a browser issue.

Comment by k Kellogg [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Yes, thanks, that seems to work.

How about the standalone launcher?

Internet Explorer message

Comment by k Kellogg [ 04/Jan/13 ]

When I first noticed the problem, I tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer and the same problem applied in both.

Just now when I tried IE again, I got a busy server message ( see new screen shot)

Also, when I start a new world, my character seems to get stuck. The screen shakes and I can't move for about 30-40 seconds.

Comment by Tails [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Have you tried a different browser?

Comment by k Kellogg [ 04/Jan/13 ]

I just included a screen shot.  I tried doing the crash report, but I dont know if it worked.  Every game I now start still has this problem.  I didn't have time to address this because of the holidays.  Can you please re-open this ticket?

Comment by k Kellogg [ 04/Jan/13 ]

Not resolved. I still have this issue. please reopen!

Comment by Tails [ 03/Jan/13 ]

This ticket is incomplete; please review the guidelines before reporting issues.

Please attach a screenshot of your control settings (Menu -> Options -> Controls)

Comment by Dean Baset [ 30/Dec/12 ]

Please create a crash report by holding F3+C for 10 seconds when starting a singleplayer world
