 Description

While using an anvil to combine a book and tool, the anvil will glitch out, causing no such combination to be made.

What I expected to happen was...:
While using an Anvil to combine a Sharpness 3 Diamond sword and a Knockback 2 Book, with the required level (7) you would expect to be able to do that combination. Producing a Sharpness 3 Knockback 2 Diamond Sword
What actually happened was...:
The following was what actually happened. After a Relog, Client and Machine Restart, redownloading the game and restarting my router:
After putting the items into the Anvil, and taking out the result, I did this twice. First time, I moved the sword to another inventory slot, this caused both items to fly back into the Anvil. AFTER taking my exp. I relogged to regain my exp, and then tried again. This time I didn't move it to a new slot, just closed the GUI. This cause both items to fly out to the floor. I tried this with other items, such as an Unenchanted bow, trying to put Punch 1 on it, and a pair of Diamond Boots, trying to put Feather Falling 4 onto them.

Both Client and Server connection were good, and I had low latency.

Steps to Reproduce:
Im not sure. I seem to be the only one getting this issue on the whole server...

Try holding F3+C for 10 seconds to produce a crash report, and attach it to here.
