Our issue was flagged as a dupe of this one, so I will post our solution here as well. We manually downloaded the 64 bit version of Java from the Java website, in addition to the 32 one that automatically downloaded. Since we've done this, the Out of Memory error has not occurred.

I am running Java version 1.7.0_10

This seems to happen with Too Many Items.

I could not find any existing issue that contains any of the crashes mentioned here. However, all of the crash reports that you have provided are from a modded version of Minecraft. Please try to reproduce the crash in a vanilla (non-modded) version of Minecraft and attach that report or this may be dismissed as being caused by a mod.

Based on a crash report provided in this issue, I believe with high certainty that this report may be a duplicate of MC-4829. If I am wrong, please go yell at Dinnerbone.

Comment by Kumasasa [ 22/Dec/12 ]

The problem may be

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread

Try starting Minecraft with more memory, e.g.

java -Xmx2048M -Xms512M -cp Minecraft.exe net.minecraft.LauncherFrame

Your Java version seems to be out of date. Please ensure you have the latest Java version installed for maximum compatibility. You can check your Java version here.
