 Description   

Enable the touchscreen option, and get a stack of an item in your inventory. When you try to drag the stack the number will go to the upper-right corner of the item as shown in the attached picture.

This works as intended. Not only the number moves at the top of the item, but the item itself moves slightly above the cursor, allowing good visibility.

In that case the finger would still partially cover the number more or less depending on the placement of the finger.

Ever thought about that this may be clearly intended ?
When the number would be rendered at the bottom of the item, the number would be covered by the finger.
In the current implementation the number stays readable.
(Assuming, since I don't own a touchscreen capable device)
