If you attract the attention of a hostile mob (a zombie or spider) IN SURVIVAL MODE and type /gamemode 1 (to go into creative mode) The mobs that were pursuing you before will continue to follow you and attack you, while attacking mobs in creative mode should only cause them to be aggressive for a short time. - |

Rena, stop posting contradictory comments. That is very simply wrong which should've been obvious based on the resolution of this ticket. |

This is not a bug. Mobs are supposed to have the same behavior regardless of what game mode the player is in. |

Probably best to create a new one. |

This seems to have reappeared in 15w31b, with slightly different behavior: If a mob is attacking a player, and the player goes out of its view (either by hiding behind a wall or going farther than the mob's sight range), switches to Creative, and goes back, the mobs will attack the player in Creative mode. (Not sure if I should create a new report or use this one) |
