Confirmation Status: Unconfirmed
Game Mode: Survival

 Description

Minecraft closes unexpectedly while trying to open a world.

What I expected to happen was...:
To return to my survival game while in the Nether.

What actually happened was...:
Minecraft closed while in the Nether on my survival world and when I tried to open the world it keeps crashing Minecraft. The crashes are instant (2 seconds actually gameplay) while loading the world. They don't even show up in the crash reports file. I tried to upgrade, downgrade and everything I could. I even copy and pasted the same world into the "saves folder". Nothing. All other worlds work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I died while in the nether and closed out Minecraft.
2. While trying to open the world back up it loads and then Minecraft shuts down not giving me time to do anything.

I couldn't attatch it to the message because the file was to large. Go here to download the world: http://prince-kawaii.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d5o0t0q

Thanks!

Even so I would highly recommend upgrading your java installation. In the past there have been issue tickets where crashes occur in the nether, and changing from java 6 to 7 corrected this. Also, please attach the resulting crash reports.

That shouldn't be it. All my other worlds work fine. Even in the nether like this one. :/

and befor Java7 didn't work with minecraft for some reason.

I might suggest upgrading to Java 7, and telling us whether it still crashes then?
