This is the same issue as water seen through fireworks, so duplicate of MC-1379

how do you know it's a bug? have you ever fired a firework from underwater? and even then it's not a bug. because firework is immediately extinguished when you fire it from underwater because of the lack of oxygen.

Yeah, I have a feeling its not supposed to be there. It just looks ugly

While standing underwater looking in an angle you can see some sort of weird explosions from the rockets.

tested it and it just looked all blue-ish. I think that's intended.
unless you are experiencing something else, please post a screenshot
