Get an item frame and place it on a block. Next, get an enchanted item (ex. Diamond Sword with Knockback II). When you place the enchanted item in the item frame it appears un-enchanted. |

I know I'm not a mod, (again) but I think one of the few ways to solve this would be giving each enchantment a separate Id, like the damage value, but this would be an enchantment value. Or the item frame would be able to detect and read certain strings on items and display the purple glow when neccesary. (Just an idea, hope this might of helped a bit) |

I can confirm this. When an item is in a frame (much like when on the ground), it does not have the purple glow as enchanted items do. |

How? It won't show the enchantment. |
