I just placed a bed down. After that I placed an Oak Wood Slab just besides the bed. So when I walk from the slab over to the bed I fall slightly down in the ground and come up again. |

It happens whenever you go from a block less than full height to another that is also less than full height, but taller than the first. It's existed for a while now. |

This happens with other blocks where you change your Y by a very small amount |
