I recently installed the week 12w49a snapshot and decided to test out the new firework item. I figured out how to work it near instantly, but was confused after seeing the firework go off, fly up to about 4-5 blocks, then simply disappearing. I saw the photo included in the Mojang post of the explosion, so it must have been implemented into the snapshot. It is most likely that this is just my computer, as this happened with the beacon light not appearing as well, but that was soon fixed in a patch. Can you release a 12w49b to fix this, and is anyone else having this problem as well? |

The recipe for a working firework in short (there is much more). Take powder and dye, this gives you a firework star. Now take a paper, powder and the created firework star, this gives you a working firework rocket. |
