I don't think that it is a duplicate. This error will occur if you try to load new chunks

Based on a crash report provided in this issue, I believe with high certainty that this report may be a duplicate of MC-3855. If I am wrong, please go yell at Dinnerbone.

i am not very good at JAVA but i think this was because it tried to load item with ID #142 (potatoes)

were there any MODS on the server (was it un-modded)

EDIT: also tried to load ID #140 (flowerPot)
