The Bug:Block cracks don't appear on the lower halves of doors when zombies are breaking them. Steps to Reproduce:
Observed Behavior:Block cracks only appear on the upper halves of doors and not the lower halves. Expected Behavior:Block cracks would appear on both halves of doors. |

If you, as the player, break a door, the breaking animation only displays on one half. So, I fail to see why it should be any different when a zombie destroys a door. |

Can confirm in 20w49a. I've attached an additional screenshot. To reproduce this issue, I'd recommend creating a superflat world with the preset, "The Void". Next, make a one block wide long space and separate a zombie from a villager by using a door. To make sure that the zombie can actually break the door, summon one with the following NBT:
/summon zombie ~ ~ ~ {CanBreakDoors:1}
Additionally, make sure that the difficulty is set to hard. /difficulty hard All you need to do now, is watch the bug occur. |

Confirmed for 1.9-pre1. The zombie can still jump and hit the top of the door (Playing sound effects and showing cracking), but can't destroy it in the brief moment that it's in range. |

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w04b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. |
