 Description

I've been trying to make an automated train station in my survival world, and after finaly setting it up right I can't get it to work because the powered minecarts do one of 2 thigns that they are not supposed to. 1; When it bumps into my empty cart or a block (I have a block on a piston stoping it from moving untill I want it to), it stops moving and behaves as if I had not put coal into it, even though the smoke particles are still being emmited. 2; After I move the block from the rails so the "train" will move, the powered minecart suddenly clips through my cart and goes on without me. (I feel I should mention I'm using 2 powered carts behind me because my track has several 1X1 inclines, which a single powered cart cannot push me up, so it needs 2. I put coal in both, they move into position behind my cart, I jump in and press the button to move the block, and one of both of those bugs occur)

No answer, assuming no longer an issue.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

The first issue seems to be intended. You can put your powered minecart moving again by simply right clicking it.

They also cannot push a minecart with the player in it up a slope.
