Using the inventory editor Too Many Items, I was placing End portal portals at the world height. I accidentally placed one on top of another, one block past the maximum build height, and I can no longer remove it. |

The block is now deletable in Vanilla. No further action required. |

Considering that you have a mod installed, try it with a clean copy of Minecraft. If it still does it, then just put that it works in Vanilla in the description. |
