Windows 7 with Intel Core i3.

Confirmation Status: Unconfirmed
Game Mode: Survival

 Description

For the past few days, each time I enter the Nether I get a huge lag spike and then overworld mobs, such as skeletons, endermen, and bats; have been spawning with me when I enter the Nether. I am unaware of this being intended for the game, but this has not happened until a couple of days ago. I am using the most up-to-date versions of the mods ModLoader and Optifine

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to spawn in the Nether without any overworld mobs attacking me.

What actually happened was...:
I am being bombarded with skeleton arrows and endermen attacking me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a clean minecraft.jar file and add the mods ModLoader and Optifine to it after deleting the META-INF file
2. Start the game and choose a new game in Survival mode with cheats on.
3. Build a Nether portal and enter it.
4. It may take a few times of entering the portal, but soon it will spawn overworld mobs with you when you enter the Nether.
