 Description

When setting your gamemode to the one your currently in the console outputs "Your game mode has been changed" when your still in the same gamemode.

What I excepted:
The console shouldn't have said anything or gave an error "You are already in that gamemode" or for consistency "Your gamemode has been updated" since it's still technically updating.
What happened:
The console outputs "Your game mode has been changed".

To reproduce:
1. Enter '/gamemode creative' (or whichever gamemode you're in).
2. The console outputs "Your game mode has been changed" when it hasn't.

The exact output is "Your gamemode has been updated", not "changed" which is what has been changed in this bug report in 1.4.3 when it was reported.

Reopened. Typing

/gamemode 1

repeatedly constantly tells me my game mode has been updated.

This issue is back in Minecraft 14w03b, 14w04a, 14w04b, see MC-45335.

Although Gravity is technically correct, it has not technically changed.

Well.. I mean, technically it has, it's just changed to the same gamemode.
