 Description   

If a player was to right & left click at the same time with a torch in had their is a chance that the block where the torch was placed will instantly break.

This seems related to this issue MC-1275, looks like it is a Bukkit issue.

I can confirm this on the multiplayer survival server where I'm playing. (Edit: Yes, it's a Bukkit server.) There are a lot of plugins running so I obviously can't tell you if this is a problem with one of the plugins or the vanilla game. But here is what happens: Sometimes (very rare) a solid block "pops out" without being mined. This happens when removing and placing a torch very fast (as described above) or when removing and replanting crops or other stuff on farmland very fast.

Obviously the server thinks I'm holding the left mouse button. In reality I pressed the buttons very short and very fast. There is a delay between me pressing the mouse buttons and the block popping out. Just like it is mined without a tool.

Im 100% its not in creative. I will record a clip of what Happens. This is On Multiplayer.

Unable to reproduce here. Are you sure that you're not in creative mode?
