When I'm playing with my friend in multiplayer something strange happens out of nowhere. I break objects and not drop when, I try to use the furnace or the crafting table they do not open the GUI. EDIT: |

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. |

Maybe it is because of some plugin if you running server with craftbukkit, or is is just simply lag. Lag can cause this, and they cause a lot. They cause: GUI don't opening, Blocks are don't drop item, Water/Lava don't flow, Anvils, Sand, Gravel are not falling, blocks you placed are vanishing after a few sec, and other and other things that are not responding to your client. Slow internet connection, slow proxy connection, or server running with very low RAM can cause lag. |

Maybe the server is running on a too slow machine or your ping is too high ... |
