 Description

Any time I open a inventory window, or any item that holds an inventory (anvil, crafting table, etc...) my game crashes. I upgraded to the 1.4.4 prerelease because I thought this bug would be fixed, but it's not. I've tried reinstalling 1.4.2 and it still doesn't resolve the issue. The game is currently unplayable to me because of this in multiplayer and single player modes.

I just updated to 1.4.6 and am still getting this crash bug. After some testing, it is only if Minecraft is logged in with the window on my external monitor. If I open and login on my main screen (Macbook Pro) the crash doesn't happen. Additionally, if I open and login on my main screen, then drag the window over to the external monitor, I do not experience this bug.

The bug only happens if I launch Minecraft, drag the window to my external monitor, THEN login and try to open a chest or inventory.

I am attaching the crash report.

Okay so did some searching and this is actually a duplicate issue of https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC-658

The current version of LWJGL on their website does fix the issue, but there's some glitchyness in the graphics with that version.

I used Kappa's version posted here http://lwjgl.org/forum/index.php/topic,4711.msg25707.html#msg25707 and it fixed the issue AND there isn't any glitchyness. There may be some bugs in this version, but for now at least I can play Minecraft. You may want to direct people encountering this issue to use that version.

What version is your lwjgl? Please, try updating it, and if you still get the crash - post the new crashlog. The guide to updating is here.
