 Description   

When a powered/activator rail is on a slope, and it is beeing powered further down, if you break any rail in the middle, the ones further up will stay powered.

This happens also with activator rails in 13w02b. I think the cause is game doesn't update blocks placed diagonally. Please update the title/description.

I saw that issue as I searched through if anyone had noticed this, but it is not relevant in usage (maybe in code).
