duplicates MC-675 Wild Wolves and ocelots spawn rapidly... Resolved
Confirmation Status: Unconfirmed
Game Mode: Survival

 Description

Untamed Wolves and Ocelots will teleport to the player once within reach. They will follow the player and continue teleporting to remain in the vincinity of the player. This leads to instances where upon uncovering a jungle or tiaga (wherever they naturally spawn), the player will be inundated by wolves and/or ocelots which seem to appear out of nowhere, all at once swarming about the player. Ocelots will seek out chests but not sit upon them, merely swarm them. Wolves will teleport to and follow the player.
This occurs in survival or creative.

No worries. Resolving as duplicate of MC-675

Yes, that seems to be exactly whats going on. Forgive me, I saw similar reports but none seemed to quite describe what I was witnessing.

Ryan, would you say this is the same as MC-675

This first picture shows untamed ocelots swarming a chest. The second show untamed wolves following the player far from their biome.
