Yes but this glitch shouldn't get fixed and probably not going to be fixed as people have some builds based on these bugs. It is always this when it comes to piston glitches. Mojang would fix all these bugs if they wanted but they don't. And when it comes to r. torches, I think they update two squares all the ways so that piston won't be a BUD in the third screenshot but I'm not quite sure about it.

This does not work as intended. Putting a lever in the same place does not affect the piston until it receives a block update. There is also no reason for the torch to behave send power like that. Please reopen.

If I knew it wasn't a bug I wouldn't posted it.
Maybe I should have searched better but I didn't find anything at that moment so I thought it was a bug.

I don't mean to sound rude, but did you read the Minecraft Wiki or look into another source before posting this as a bug, just to make sure ahead of time and not "spam" the issue page?

Not A Bug, It Is Intentional And Was In The Game Ever Since Pistons Came Out, If You Want To Power Only The Top One Then Have The Redstone Torch Be Two Blocks Above The Top Piston, Attached A Screenshot To Show You What I Mean.
