Spiders on the surface (y=68) keep attacking while I am underground in caves as low as y=50 this happens in daylight and night time. |

You annoy a spider? It will annoy you, you can however just keep running until it gives up |

This could be possible, there was a spider near the lowest level I reached that I attacked to clear the cave and killed. Then I began to hear more spiders and searched around to find them on the surface jumping on the ground directly above my head. That's a really long agro range if so.. |

Hmm, I believe this is intended. Once you "agro" a creature it will stay aggressive to you. Spiders have a long agro range, and will attempt to climb over anything to get to you. The daylight does not reset agro, only prevents new aggression. |
