 Description

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was:
Placing a torch on top of a block will make the torch be on top of the block.

What actually happened was:
When a torch was place with another block adjacent to the torch, it placed the torch on the side of adjacent block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a solid block.
2. Place another solid block on top the first one and another one adjacent to the top block
3. Break the block on top of the first block
4. Place a torch, pointing your cursor on the top of the first block.
5. Bug happens.

It's always on the West/East facing side of the block.

Confirmed. It's intersting how only torches work. I'm gonna have to take a look at the torch codeing.
