 Description

When moving to a large area view of my world, chunks load with some hollow areas until distance is closer. But when moving to where I can see the horizon of the large area, minecraft will freeze, and display minecraft has crashed, but there is no visual artifacts. I have reduced rendering distance to alleviate the problem, but it has shown no success. And have allocated about 4GB of memory to Java in an attempt to fix the problem, and still no success. I have included all the crash reports.

The issue has been resolved. If u transfer a Tekkit save and transfer it to regular Minecraft, it causes issues in the game causing it to crash.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

View distance is 0. I have switched from far, normal, tiny, and the problem still persists. I have moved the world, fresh downloaded minecraft, I even wiped and re-installed Windows, did not fix. I am using the latest 64-Bit Java 7 Update 9 as stated, and Windows 7 will automatically use any 64-Bit program available. New world have similar problems, but take longer to crash.

What is your server draw distance on? Server.Properties:view-distance= ? Is it possible bad chunks? Have you tried moving your world dirs and regnerating a new world to see if it keeps happening?

Also you have listed both 32 and 64 bit java installed.... which version are you using for MC?

Crashing started to originate from the rail bridge.
