 Description

Seed= -2129711738
Around x:1175 y:35 and z:185 on the above seed there are intersecting abandoned mineshafts. It's possible this is a feature but the intersection caused the above mineshaft to generate without even a wooden floor.If mineshafts are to intersect they should have floors underneath them. See pictures for more details.

Even there is for most of the parts a wooden floor, some areas still have holes.
Otherwise it would be quite boring.
The issue you've described is clearly a feature and not a bug.

Feature. Mojang also added wood floors for them in past versions so that they are not that ripped.

This is in no way a bug, and would indeed be considered a feature instead.
