 Description

I have evidence of Zombies portraying Endermen-like behavior; that is,Zombies being able to pick up and hold world-blocks in their hand. This does NOT, however, affect the gui or configuration of the Zombie, because the Zombie can still sense and attack a player normally. This came out of nowhere, I wasn't "bug hunting" as some might call it. It doesn't really affect the game, and this is the first time I have seen it. I jsut think it might be details to be fixed. Thanks for listening!

Or pick up mined items

Zombies can spawn holding just about anything in 1.4

That's the expected behaviour yes. OP is indicating otherwise, hence the bug report.

They are only able to pick up items in form of entities, not unmined blocks.

I'm confused as to why this was closed, are zombies now also able to pickup unmined blocks? OP is indicating the zombie picked up an unmined block.

No, I did see it pick up the block of sand. I just did not get a picture. Sorry.

Just to confirm something.....Zombies will now pick up entities on the ground. Is the block the zombie in the screenshot holding recently mined?
