 Description

Baby animals will escape fence boundaries upon logging out, then logging back in.

Baby animals should sty within fence boundaries

After logging out, then logging in, my baby livestock had escaped their fences.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a fenced in area
2. Place many adult and baby animals inside until they begin bumping around
3. Log out, then log back in
4. Note how the baby animals have exited the fenced in areas.

No dupe intended.
