Blocks have light blue outlines, and water flickers while moving. This problem was also present in earlier version of the game, and could be fixed with a mod called Optifine, by setting the option "antialiasing" to 2. This no longer works. |

Duplicate of MC-1794. Please use the search function to check before posting in the future. Note that this issue has been resolved for many users with the new pre-release, however this issue is sometimes caused by graphics driver settings (not your operating system). |

This is not a problem with Minecraft. It's a problem with your computer. Also, I think you've contracted a terrible virus. It's sometimes known as Windows 8, but it goes by Windows ME, Windows Vista, and Windows RT. |
