 Description   

If you break a Skull block with SkullOwner set and then replace it, the SkullOwner is lost.

If you can't wait for 1.4.3 to actually release, the plugin "decapitation" fixes it for bukkit. It also adds the command: /spawnhead [Username] so you don't have to go into NBTedit! Thanks for getting Mojang to fix this, and thank you Mojang for fixing it!

This is purely a MCEdit thing, you aren't able to get player skull blocks in vanilla, so this probably wont get patched any time soon.
