I have also had this issue in 1.47, i was able to let people connect by going into cmd and typing ipconfig, that gave me my ip, and then used the port number from minecraft to allow me to connect, so it looked something like this xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx |

Port-Forward to get an actual IP. Players must be on the same network as you to access LAN worlds hosted with 0.0.0.0: numbers. |
