 Description

What I expected to happen was...:
The piston on the right should receive a 1-tick pulse.

What actually happened was...:
It did not in 1.5. It did in 1.4.7.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build according to the diagram. (There is a hidden sticky piston under the block that is on the right to the 4-tick repeater facing up)
2. Test this in 1.4.7.
3. Notice that the piston spitted out the block
4. Test this in 1.5.
5. Notice that the piston did not spit out the block and the redstone dust did not even turn on.

The feature was removed to prevent some bugs with pistons.
