Texture Ice isnt transparen grass block and grassblock entity drop is difrent then dirt.

This isn't a bug, it's the texture pack. It's obvious because with the default texture, grass doesn't appear that far down on the side of the block.

But still no bug in Minecraft, it's a bug in your texture pack.
Take a look at other's texture packs, for example Misa's 64x - see screenshot.

Look there is no "mycel_side_overlay" so its using this but the grass is using "grass_side overlay" but not the "grass_side"

Sir its mine texture pack and I know I have done every thing rigthe look at the mycel_side.grass block then the dirt then the grass then the grass-block-entity !
Look at the difrents of the droped grass block and the placed grass block !!!!!!!!

That's no bug of Minecraft, please complain at the autor of that texture pack.
