 Description

When i type /gamerule doFireTick false it says gamerule has been updated. the fire still spreads but more slowly. But still destroys blocks and light other blocks on fire.

all other commands work properly but i never get a false input or something like that.
let me explain.

I can type like /gamerule <insert gamerule here> <whatever i type> and it says gamerule has been updated.
when i want to check the state of the gamerule by /gamerule <insert gamerule> it says the word i typed there.

and doesnt say the gamerule is not updated becouse i had a false input.

could you help me?

It works fine for me.

1 - Are you in single-player or multi-player?
1b - If you're in multiplayer, do /plugins and see what it says. If it tells you anything other than "unknown command", then the server you're playing on is modded, not vanilla.
3 - What does the number in the bottom-left of the title screen say?

Just follow the guidelines. Firetick issue was already dealt with in MC-10184 and we were unable to reproduce it.
