 Description

I was building in the nether and kept finding random lava sources embedded in the nether, they killed me many times so I had to investigate. I installed an xray mod to see if these lava sources were a one off thing... but they are everywhere. The Nether of the world was generated in 13w07a.

If this an intended feature to make the Nether more dangerous, I feel it is very unfair combined the flow speed of lava in the Nether.

It may not need updating but this happens to me in 1.5.1, 1.5.2 and 13w16a-13w19a

But if 1.5 comes out and has a bug fixed, then that bug would show 1.5 as containing the bug when it doesn't. That's why it's important to only mark the exact version numbers you have personally tested it on.

Also single blocks of water/lava are generated in the overworld as well for lava and water flows in caves and such... just the nether does only lava, and a lot more frequently since it's a giant cave system (opposed to the overworld only being partially caves).

It was in snapshot 13w07a, but after trying to input that it said it was invalid and there weren't any matching versions on the menu. I thought it was appropriate as snapshots are a preview of the upcoming version..

That's what makes the Nether dangerous.
