 Description   

Now when I go to enter the world it crashes.

*What I expected to happen was...:
The world to regenerate when I should respawn after dying.

What actually happened was...:
I died in the portal and now I don't regenerate at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on fire in the Nether
2. Attempt to enter the portal
3. Die while wait for the portal to transport.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
