Detector rails are emmiting redstone when moved using sticky pistons, even if there is no minecart above
Steps to Reproduce:
Obervation:
The stick piston pushes the detector rail along with the minecart and the detector rail gets pulled back by the sticky piston and the detector rail keeps emmiting redstone even if there is nothing above Expected Results: The detector rail should not emit redstone since there is no minecart above
