 Description   

Up until this week I have been able to play multiplayer and realms. Since the 1.16.40 update, I’ve experienced loading glitches. I followed the links to address the issue. I spent three hours with Microsoft support and was assured this was not a Microsoft account setting issue as we exhausted all setting possibilities. 

I cannot play multiplayer Including realms for the past week. Please advise.
