I have already deleted and re-installed Minecraft on my PS4. When I first logged back on I was able to enter, but it would NOT let me log back on to my Xbox Live account, saying I was still logged on. But I had shut it down and deleted it all, so I was unsure how/why that was even possible. After many attempts and unsuccessful tries to log off from other sources, I closed out the application and took out the disc. Now, I am trying to fix the issue and I can’t even get past the Mojang loading screen yet again (which was the original issue I was dealing with in the first place leading me to delete and reinstall). Any help/tips/suggestions? I am afraid I have lost 5+ years of builds and worlds at this point. PS4 v2.12 update Disc
RESOLVED - so I had to delete my Minecraft saved data on my PS4. For issues involving the inability to connect a Microsoft account to the PS4 <:Playstation:715154809615024148> (ie: Failed to login, infinite connecting, ect.) Please attempt the following method: Close Minecraft > PS4 settings menu > 'Application Saved Data Management' > 'Saved Data in System Storage' > DELETE > Select Minecraft > Delete the SAVED DATA files. *You don't need to touch your World designs* > open Minecraft > Follow the Microsoft account setup instructions |
