I have an active 10 person and 2 person Realms Plus subscription that I have been paying for some months now. I used to be able to download worlds and texture packs and create Realm games. I can not do any of that now for some weird reason that even Mojang tech support can not figure out. whenever I try to purchase now or download something it says something went wrong. I tried waiting for a month, delete and reinstall Minecraft PE on my iphone and ipads multiple times, nothing. can anyone help? thanks. |

Hi John, Apologies but this report has been logged in the wrong project. This project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software and it appears your issue is with Realms. Rather than logging a new report though, I would suggest getting in contact with Mojang Customer Support directly. While this platform is invaluable for tracking bugs in the game, issues accessing paid services should be raised directly with Mojang, the tracker is primarily manned by volunteers so there's very little we can do directly to help. You're welcome to head over to the Realms project and up-vote existing bug reports for this issue but please know that this isn't a support avenue so its not uncommon for a bug report to go without comment until it is resolved (another reason I suggest Mojang Customer Support for service issues).
