Hi, All of my previous purchases have gone from my Minecraft account. This is obviously causing a lot of problems at home because I have bought worlds and skins for my child to play with and she now cannot. They were all in my account and then disappeared. The only things in 'My Packs' now are the free packs that I have added since. I've spent a fair bit on additional packs and need them back in my account now. I have tried hitting the Restore Purchases button with no luck. Please can this be resolved ASAP. Thank you Kind regards, Emily Wood |
