Hi there, I am emailing you because me and my family had bought minecraft to play together to keep everyone busy including the younger siblings while on lockdown. However due to every minute you get kicked out the server, every time due to the problem of disconnection this has become such an irritation and we've paid for several Minecraft downloads and it just seems like a waste of money. Additionally my mum had paid to play on realms and this same problem still occurs it's getting extremely tedious and boring. Is there something that could be done in order to be able to use the product we paid for. Can something be done about this issue please or we will be requesting refunds back on the accounts that has paid for the Minecraft downloads. Thank you, Dean |

Hi Deane, If you're experiencing disconnections when playing multiplayer this is generally caused by local network issues as the connection is direct (from your phone to the other players phone) with no Mojang infrastructure in between. For issues like that I would suggest contacting the Community Support who may be able to help narrow the cause. Given the issue happens on local multiplayer, the fact it also happens on realms is also a good indicator of a local issue. However in that case you would need to contact Customer Support.
