 Description

When connecting to the server via the "second" port, which is given in the server console (one IPv4) shows you that the server is full and try to log in later although there was no one on the server at that moment.

Is there a reason you're not just using the primary ports you list in the server.properties?

Unless there's some kind of significant deviation I believe we have this covered by BDS-1094 - the issue being that the ports are there at all (and not documented) rather than an inability to connect to them. There's nothing that indicates they should be connectable.
