 Description

Hi, i have been trying to get my minecraft bedrock server to run sucessfully which i did but i have an issue that doens't let players in because they (Don't have permission to join) as i checked and everything was setup, port forwarding in UDP, The CheckNetworkIsolation was setup, and my other account in my phone and my brother was able to join the server in LAN, i've checked everything, if the whitelist was on, etc, most of the people that tried to join told me that my they can't join because they don't have permission to join it.

Are you saying that locally it works but over the internet it doesn't?

Have you checked that all port-forwarding is setup correctly? What device are they trying to connect from?

I'm not able to reproduce this so its more likely a technical support issue and we can't provide help for that here.

I'm not able to reproduce this on any of my BDS test boxes.

You will need to provide more information such as a zip of your server files for someone to attempt to reproduce as it would appear this issue is specific to your setup.

Not sure why does this happen, but is most likely to be a server issue, not a internet/host issue.
