Hi, I experienced same issue with 1.14.60 before update. Some chunks (A LOT) when loading causes 100% CPU usage with only me (1 player). I was using a 6 threads of I9 9900k, 8 view distance, 12gb RAM.

I deleted that world and restart it now that 1.16 update is released. Performance is worse and I noticed that doesn't matter if you increase PC resources, between 40-70 (Do not now exact number) bedrock 1.16 BDS will have lag issues. So I SPLITED resources into 2 servers and now the worlds have excellent performance with 30 players.

I don't know if I will encounter new chunk corruptions.
