 Description

Since the last major update, Minecraft has become unplayable for me. I play on a PS4 and the game used to work great. Since the new update, the crafting menu has become extremely dumbed down and hard to navigate, chunks no longer load properly (or not at all), the game lags and freezes all the time, and generally I'm sure most players are disappointed in the game now. I used to play this game a lot but now I feel that it's become just a headache just to load my game up and even more of a headache just to navigate around a half working world. If this is not fixed, I will simply get rid of the game for good and go back to playing other sandbox games that are improving rather than going backwards.

Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately you have logged this under the wrong project. This project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software only.

On your complaints though, in regards to the crafting menu there should be options to switch your GUI between classic and something else, that may help you. Otherwise if its not what you're looking for head over to https://feedback.minecraft.net and either upvote an existing suggestion or submit your own.

As for freezing and crashing, crashes are logged to Mojang automatically and are investigated internally. Because its impossible for us to track when random crash #7 gets fixed we don't track them here.

For issues with chunk loading we are tracking a couple of issues when coming back from the nether (primarily MCPE-63268 - which is fixed in the Nether Update coming later this year), if yours are different and you know how to reproduce the issues you mention please feel free to head over to the MCPE Project and report each bug individually. Make sure you include details on how to reproduce the bug so it can be investigated.

All the best.
