 Description   

I have met an error when I launch server first:

   libssl.so.1.1 can not open

so I complite openssl1.1.0j and install it to system.

 

Then I launch server again and met an new error:

  GLIBC_2.27 CAN NOT FOUND

   GLIBCXX_3.34 CAN NOT FOUND

so I complite glibc and upgrade gcc and g++ on my system.

 

 Finally,I launch server again and met an error I can not handle:

  Segmentation Fault.

 

Help me... My english is not good.SORRY!!!

Hi Shunhong,

I realise this is an old ticket but the issue was occuring as the version of Ubuntu you were trying to use was no longer supported. See supporting evidence below.

 
Server Requirements
The Bedrock Dedicated Server software can be run on hardware that meets the following requirements.
Operating System * Windows 10, version 1703 (Creators Update) or later; Windows Server 2016 or later

    • Note: As of version 1.7.0.13, Windows 7 is no longer supported.
    • Note: As of version 1.8.0.24, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 are no longer supported.
  • Ubuntu 18
    • Note: Other distributions of Linux are not supported. You may need to install additional dependencies to run the server software on other distributions of Linux.
