 Description

So I put in a ticket for a block glitch issue.  This is the first time I e had to place a ticket for an issue with Minecraft pocket edition because I’ve only been playing for a couple weeks.  I was told I didn’t supply enough information and the ticket was set to “resolved” when it wasn’t.  How about you provide your customers with more patience and direction before completely shutting them down and “resolving” the ticket when nothing has been done.  I would like to provide more information and continue to report the glitch so the game can improve and I can use my device.  But instead of asking questions like literally all good customer service does.  I was commented at on how I didn’t provide enoughr information.  I’m not the customer service and it isn’t my job and to know what 100% of what y’all need.  I have a family of 7 people that would like to support this game but wtf is up with the customer service......

Hi Adam,

This is a bug tracker manned by volunteers, its not customer service. Because we're volunteers and due to the sheer number of reports that come in every day from Minecrafters all over the world its far easier for us to close an issue as incomplete and allow you to re-report with more information than spend days going back and forward with you in comments. We don't have the manpower to treat it that way.

You will also find that I went to significant effort to provide a detailed response on what was missing from your report and also to point out that you haven't raised your report in the right place. I would suggest heading over and reading that comment and if you need any more information commenting there.

The information is also referenced in the how-to guide in the quick links I referenced (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360039268071).

Ionic

Edit: Just as a heads up I will be forwarding this one on for closure as well as its in the wrong project and contains no further information.
