| Description |

I try to run the bedrock server on my Windows 10 Pro machine. The server appearently starts properly, and responds with "server started". I have not done any changes to server.properties. However, I cannot connect to the server via the LAN from Minecraft Pocket (iOS) 1.14.30. (Responds: unable to connect to world). I am even unable to make a socket connection from the local machine: telnet 127.0.0.1 19132 --> telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused The windows firewall is set to allow the connection.

Thank you for your report! This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only. We do not have the resources to provide you with technical support. Telnet tests TCP connectivity, BDS (and Minecraft Bedrock multiplayer generally) runs on UDP so your telnet test is invalid. Please also note that there are loopback restrictions that prevent you from connecting to (and testing) local connectivity. Its described in the how_to. Please contact the community support, linked below. Quick Links: |
